Quiénes somos | Who we are
La Red Iberoamericana de Cine Lésbico, Gai, Bisexual y Transexual (CineLGBT) es un punto de encuentro y formación creado por la Fundación Triángulo (España), con la colaboración de más de una decena de Festivales de Cine LGBT de países de habla castellana y portuguesa de todo el mundo, con el objetivo lograr un cambio social a través del cine.
Un equipo de producción establecido en Buenos Aires (Argentina) y Madrid (España) colabora con las ONGs y Asociaciones Culturales que quieran acceder a estas películas brindando apoyo logístico y asesoramiento en gestión cultural.
Este sitio está pensado para programadores de Festivales de Cine y ha sido subvencionado por la AECID (Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo).
Un potente buscador te permitirá encontrar películas para armar muestras, festivales o ciclos buscando por países, año de realización, temática o cientos de criterios más.
Además, aquí podrás encontrar información detallada en inglés y castellano de cada título, información de contacto para gestionar una exhibición, material electrónico de promoción (fotografías, press kits, etcétera), un pequeño video del filme y otros elementos que esperamos te ayuden a descubrir películas sobre diversidad afectiva.
Creemos firmemente que el cine ayuda a romper barreras, a cambiar formas de pensar, a transmitir modelos positivos. Por ello hemos recopilado a través de los años cientos de películas que ayudan a cambiar la imagen que el común de la gente pueda tener sobre lesbianas, gais, bisexuales y transexuales.
Las películas que podrás encontrar en esta base de datos han sido exhibidas principalmente en el LesGaiCineMad (Festival Internacional de Cine Lésbico y Gai de Madrid), organizado por la Fundación Triángulo desde 1996 y componen el archivo digital de Cine LGBT independiente en versión original subtitulado al castellano más grande del planeta.
El material recopilado aquí es de muy difícil acceso y la gran mayoría no ha sido estrenado comercialmente en Iberoamérica. Te invitamos a descubrirlo y que nos contactes si quieres que alguna de estas películas sea exhibida en tu ciudad, quizá podamos ayudarte.
Todos los títulos que encontrarás aquí están disponibles para exhibición digital en un servicio especial para los Festivales Miembro. Si quieres que tu Festival pueda acceder a las copias de exhibición de las películas que has elegido a través de nuestro sitio, contáctanos llenando este formulario.
La Red CineLGBT defiende la exhibición responsable del material audiovisual LGBT en Festivales y Muestras y colabora con la profesionalización de estos eventos en países como: Argentina, Brasil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, España, Panamá, Paraguay, Perú, Puerto Rico, Sudáfrica y Uruguay.
Nuestro equipo trabaja en estrecha colaboración con los titulares de los derechos de exhibición de estas películas, protegiendo el copyright de cada una de ellas.
